How to Recruit

So as you can tell by the title this page will explain how you should recruit somebody in-game. I’ll list every step and if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask a leader. The tester/recruiter must have the Lightshot application to take pictures of the tests. Read the whole text to fully understand the process of  recruiting.

 

Choosing the correct map:

  1. Make a game/room named something like this: [SiLence] Recruitment

  2. This game/room should be a popular/fun map. (Clan maps that may be used: alica-base,)

  3. The map should have weapons (there should be a few weapons that have pairs).

  4. The map should also have kind of big space and should have water.

  5. If the recruiter (you) has infinite health points then he/she may need to ask for the help of a clan member.

 

Question you must ask of the recruited:

  1. You must ask if the person is really willing to join the clan.

  2. You should ask the wannabe recruit person’s age so you can talk properly.

  3. You should ask how long the person has been playing the game. This gives you an idea of how experienced the person is.

  4. You must ask them how often they play the game and for how long. (Activity is really important.)

  5. And lastly you should ask if the person has the time and wants to under-go the Tests which will be mentioned in the next part.

 

Tests to examine the recruit’s skills:

  1. The classic Selfboost Test. Check how high the person can selfboost and how often he/she fails.

       (Suggested number of this is : 10)

       (Required : atleast 4 out of 10) Take a picture of the score like this.

  2. The not so famous Water Selfboost Test.  Check if the person knows how to Water Selfboost. If not try to explain how to do it and try to teach it real fast.

        (Suggested number of this is : 5)

        (Required : 1 out of 5 if the person knows how to Selfboost, 0 out of 5 if the person doesn’t know how to Selfboost.)

        Take a picture of the score like this.

  3. Fighting Test. In this test you need 1 player with equal health points as the person being tested. The other player can be the recruiter or another silence member. Both of the players must have the same set up. For example: this, so that the chances are                equal. The tested person and the other player scatters on the map and then they must 1v1 each other.

       Alternativly: You may also go to another map with the person being tested. This map must be approved and the game mode must be COOP and only you and the tested person may be on the map. (Approved maps you may use: Eric Gurt-railwars1,etc.)

       (Suggested number of round: 15)

       (Required: 5 out of 15[this number may not be accurate due to experience differences])(If the person dies because of ex. he/she fell down from a high place and died, that doesn’t affect the score.

       Take a picture of the scores like this. (This map  was not approved, but is an exact copy of an    approved map.)

 

 

After everything is done the Recruiter (you) must send a message to the person being recruited. The message must look like this:

Hello, [Name]!

I would like to invite you to join [SiLence].
